Hacienda Riquelme Golf Charity Day raises 20,000 euros for worthy causes

This year’s 9th Hacienda Riquelme Golf Charity Day was another resounding success, having raised an incredible 20,000 euros to be donated to local organisations.

Following this incredible result, the organisers of the event presented cheques to the local charities chosen to benefit this year at the Frank and Louise bar in Sucina.

The chosen charities were MABS, Cancer Relief, Sucina school, Sucina Nuns and Sucina Caritas.

Next year will be the 10th anniversary of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Charity Day, so the organisers are hoping to make it bigger, better and even more successful than ever thanks to the generous support of sponsors and donations.

The next event will take place on Saturday June 28, 2025 at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, and the organisers have their sights set high.

“We hope to break through the €100,000 barrier of cumulative donations to the various charities we support,” they said.
