Sun, sea and no stress: Raquel Tours launches regular Sunday day trips from Murcia to Benidorm
New pick-up points added from your favourite Murcia resorts as Raquel Tours launches regular summer trips
If you fancy a simple, stress-free day by the sea this summer, Raquel Tours is running regular Sunday trips from Murcia to Benidorm throughout July and August.
These trips run every two weeks and are designed to give you a full free day in one of Spain’s best-known coastal destinations, without the hassle of driving, parking or planning.
Benidorm remains a firm favourite for a reason. You can spend the day your way, whether that means stretching out on Levante Beach, strolling along the lively promenade or heading up to the Mirador del Castillo for sweeping sea views. The old town is also well worth a wander, with its narrow streets, small shops and plenty of places to stop for tapas or a drink.
Transport is included from a wide range of locations across the Region of Murcia, with pick-ups from Hacienda del Álamo, Altaona, El Valle, La Torre Golf Resort, Las Terrazas de la Torre and Camposol. New collection points have also been added at Mar Menor Golf Resort, Santa Rosalía, Roldán and Serena Golf, and in many cases Raquel Tours can arrange alternative pick-ups on request.
You will be given a chilled bottle of water when you board their comfortable coach, and once in Benidorm the team sends out a message after a couple of hours to let everyone know where they are based. That way, anyone travelling alone or looking for company can easily meet up for a drink or bite to eat.
After a full day enjoying the coast, the return trip comes with a few extra touches. Guests receive a complimentary snack bag, and there’s a raffle number printed on the packaging, so it’s worth holding onto it as there are small prizes to be won on the journey back.
The next scheduled trip is on Sunday July 12, with more dates running across July and August. The whole experience costs just €29, making it a straightforward and affordable way to enjoy a summer day out on the Costa Blanca.
Raquel Tours Murcia specialises in guided day trips across the Region and beyond, with tours offered in English, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish so everyone feels comfortable and included. The focus is on relaxed, friendly experiences that let you enjoy each destination at your own pace.
To book your place or find out more, you can contact Raquel Tours via WhatsApp on 0034 602 362 594 or visit their website.
You can also keep up to date with all the latest happenings and check out videos from the trips on the Raquel Tours Facebook page.
